The Torrent Kings Canyon National Park, California The turbulent South Fork of the Kings River rushes over a large boulder at the bottom of the 8,200-foot-deep Kings Canyon, which is the deepest canyon in the United States. After heavy winter snowfall and spring rains, the river was particularly strong with rapids. |
