Black Bear

Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming

A Black Bear stretches to pull down a branch full of rich berries. Black bears are very versatile, using their powerful legs and long claws to tear, dig and climb in pursuit of either food or rest. Despite being omnivores, black bears prefer lush vegetation.
